Whose Wearing Koolaburra?

The new thing from down under. These shoes often get critics who call them unsightely, but let me tell you- these shoes have saved my life! All right, fine. Maybe not... but they have saved my feet from freezing off my body in cold weather. Whether I was stuck in the snow in Denver, or in the fog in Southern California on an early morning, these shoes made me feel great. They are durable and long lasting and you know what? I think they look damn good. I think the slippers are just kinda cute.

who wears them?
Lauren Conrad, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Marcia Cross, Kevin Dillon, Hayden Panettiere, Christina Applegate, Kristin Chenoweth, David Boreanaz, Kim Kardashian, Debra Messing,Dana Delany

Tony Bowls Le Gala tulle short prom dress spaghetti strapsFlip Glitter Dot Prom Dress 6604

I bought my prom dress the week before Prom and believe me, I don't ever want to go through that kind of stress again. Then, when I was browsing online I saw all the beautiful dresses I missed out on. Don't get me wrong, I loved my dress, but I do wish I would have been able to see some other nice dresses before making my final purchase. I think shopping online actually gives you a good idea of what's out there. For example, I checked out Betsey Johnson's online site and was not at all sad that I didn't go to her store when I was shopping because she does not make my style of prom dress. I went with a knee length which was definitely more popular at my school, but I saw pics from girls from the midwest and they all had Cinderella dresses on- difference in culture I guess. A friend of mine who wore a full length wore a white gown which was smooth and silky and looked amazing in photographs. Final count-
Dress $200
Makeup- $50
Hair-$65
Shoes- Borrowed
Prom Ticket- $100

Makes for quite an epensive night. No wonder I am going to remember it for the rest of my life.

The Clutch

Coach 42537 Signature Clutch Wristlet Wallet - LilCoach 12926 Patent Leather Clutch - Black

Coach 12926 Amanda Satin Foldover Clutch - Purple

To be honest, Coach is now one of my favorite designers even though I used to be put off by the fact that their logo is there most popular purse pattern. Coach products are long lasting and timeless. I have two coach purses and my favorite jacket is Coach. I got them at the Coach store in Monterey where they always have great deals, but I always find good deals on line as well.

Razor Gator

RazorGator is offering $15 off on purchases of $100 or more with code take15off.

When I heard Taylor Swift was coming to my city at the end of the summer, I decided to get ahead on ordering tickets. Looking through all the tickets, I realized that one my friends and I get tickets, its going to be pretty expensive. So, I looked for coupons on tickets and that is what I found. Last time I missed out on the Flight of the Corcords concert. Not this time. RazorGators has all the hardest to get tickets. Other performers you can find- Keith Urabn, Dave mathews Band, U2....Yay

Gotta Catch'm All

10% Off Entire Order at Egrandbuy.com Minimum Purchase $48. Coupon Code "CJOFF10"

So its my brother's birthday and I am thinking of what video game to get him. Obviously, I want to get him one that he likes, but I don't want to get him one that he will use to shoot police officers and pimps for hours on end. So, I have been looking on line for the best video games which made me remember my favorite video games as a kid:

1. Harvest Moon (every version ever is amazing, but especially the first PS1 game)
2. DDR (So much fun! I remember when my mom and my friend's mom convinced themselves they could lose weight just by doing DDR- the only problem is that if you aren't good you usually don't move around that much)
3. Pokemon for Gameboys-- Red version+ Blue Version (enough said)
4. Mario Party For Nintendo (I was always Luigi and loved it)
5. Crash Bandicoot- SO MUCH FUN!
6. Super Smash brothers (Kirby!!!!)
7. The Sims (Should really be at like #1, but I just decided computer games count)
8. Dr. Quandrary- Played in the school computer lab-- SCARY
9. Zelda- Fun but I never got past one place

So what's Number 10? That's what I am buying him-- Guitar Hero, because I am too old for it, but I can see how it's the big thing.

Rest assured Restraunts

So I am a starving student-- sort of. At one of the most prestigious schools in the country, it is hard to be a starving student. There are just too many rich kids around with long coat tails. Still, I want to keep up with them on my own terms. I have found some pretty sneaky ways to eat out with them all the time (even if I am just ordering a salad and filling up on the bread rolls) The best way I have found so far is by using Restaurant.com because they offer $25 gift cards for just $10. I found this deal in a student's insider's guide and I have been much better fed since then. They have so many great restaurants and you get to try a lot of new places without worrying about the cost. It covers the entire United States and You will never be hungry again :)
